Descrição

• Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, CTV, and other channels • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns hands-on • Decide budget allocation and scale campaigns based on efficiency • Direct creative hypotheses, testing roadmap, and feedback loop with the in-house creative team • Connect ad performance to post-click outcomes with CRO, Sales, and Marketing • Ensure attribution accuracy and monitor lead quality, time to lead, SALs, and SQLs • Challenge targeting and ICP assumptions using performance data • Track performance using cost per MQL, MQL meetings held, cost per MQL meeting, Marketing SQLs, cost per Marketing SQL, and pipeline quality • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, CEO, creative strategist, designer, video editor, copywriter, CRO, Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing Team • Stabilize performance, scale effective channels, and grow toward a Growth Lead role

🎯 Requisitos

• Senior-level, hands-on experience running paid acquisition, with deep Meta expertise • Track record of scaling spend while holding or improving downstream metrics such as meetings, SQLs, and pipeline • Strong HubSpot skills, including attribution and reporting • Daily AI fluency for analysis, reporting, copy iteration, and dashboard building • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership • B2B demand generation experience, especially lead generation with a sales-assisted funnel (strong plus) • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google, X, or CTV (strong plus) • Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST / U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone • English proficiency sufficient for professional work • Resume in English and PDF format • Completion of application form and submission of a skills video • Candidates must be based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe
