Descrição

• Act as team leader for Sigital's delivery teams • Design and oversee technical solutions leveraged for clients • Own projects and drive them to successful completion • Create new deliverables from scratch • Design customer solutions that will be implemented directly • Work independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision • Lead and coordinate development team efforts • Provide constructive feedback • Drive solutioning conversations • Conduct demos/show-backs for customer teams • Ensure development teams adhere to project scope and timeline • Gather and document requirements independently • Implement and support features

🎯 Requisitos

• Expertise with 3+ years in ServiceNow Partner consulting services and current position as a Lead Technical Consultant • Working knowledge of integration functionality, including Integration-Hub, SOAP, REST, and general API use • Ability to go deep into technical solutioning and delivery of key implementation components • Ability to lead a development team and provide feedback during review cycles • Platform cross-functional expertise • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Employee Center and/or Agentic & Gen AI Solutions • US citizenship — REQUIRED • Ability to independently gather and document requirements, design solutions, implement, and support features • Strong communication skills for explaining features, functionality, processes, and delivery concepts to clients clearly and fluidly • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering • Certified System Administrator certification — Required • Certified Application Development certification — Required • At least two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications from ITSM, CSM, FSM, HAM, SAM, or Discovery — Required • Certified Implementation Specialist—Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM) — Preferred • Pro and/or Pro Plus Certifications — Preferred
