Descrição

• Assure clinical trial/site budgets are high quality and allocations are within fair market values • Develop and maintain the Sites Fee Framework • Coordinate, process, monitor, and administer site payments according to budgets and terms • Prepare, negotiate, and execute a variety of agreements • Review contract language and prepare responses to negotiate contract modifications • Maintain contract files and systems • Build clinical trial site budgets and analyze protocol flowcharts to create costing, payment strategies, budget estimates, and negotiation parameters within fair market value • Set up, close, reopen, and submit payments within grants • Use budget-specific and trial metrics and tools to report on, provide visibility into, and analyze performance and deliverables • Identify and execute continuous-improvement strategies for the Budget group • Monitor industry standards, trends, competitive intelligence, and budget best practices • Interface with Medical, therapeutic areas, Finance, Legal, investigators, site personnel, and third-party vendors • Liaise with Clinical Trial Managers and TA Leads for budget review and approval • Liaise with Clinical Finance/Accounting, Legal, and Clinical Operations leadership regarding payment-related decisions and documentation • Represent Contract/Budget group processes on local/global working groups • Maintain customer-centric behaviors and responsiveness to internal and external requests

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant business experience in regulated pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry • Strong clinical background and understanding of budgeting, cost drivers, and benchmarks for clinical site budgets • Ability to think strategically and initiate strong and persuasive contractual arguments to support business policies and objectives • Track record in setting priorities, organization, and problem-solving skills supporting sound decision-making • Excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail • Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking to resolve complex situations requiring new solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely in varied settings • Experience with systems and applications related to clinical and/or project management planning and reporting • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access • Knowledge of Veeva is a plus
