Descrição

• Lead and develop Senior Managers and create pathways for Solutions Engineers into management • Hold managers accountable to segment outcomes and coach them on coaching • Scale the organization while maintaining hiring and technical quality • Own the vertical operating rhythm, including forecast reviews, capacity decisions, and technical-resource escalation • Own technical wins across SLED and the Solutions Engineering-to-sales coverage model • Partner with the VP of SLED Sales on segmentation, territory design, and headcount • Represent SLED in forecast, planning, and executive reviews • Own site assessment quality and deployment-readiness verification • Maintain high standards for proofs of concept tied to active opportunities and measurable operational value • Guide CAD and dispatch, video and evidence management, streaming, BVLOS approvals, waivers, COAs, and docked operations • Maintain command of public-sector procurement pathways • Represent the customer to Product and Engineering through prioritized requirements • Build enablement content, reference architectures, and reusable technical assets • Maintain hands-on product knowledge • Report to the VP, Solutions Engineering

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of relevant technical experience, including time in a customer-facing technical role • 2+ years leading leaders • Experience managing managers or a team large enough to require a second layer • Track record of building organizations through fast growth, including hiring, onboarding, and retaining technical people at volume • Strong understanding of drone technology, Public Safety sUAS operations, and regulatory compliance • Knowledge of Drone as First Responder concepts of operation and dock-based remote operations • Working knowledge of Public Safety technologies, including CAD, VMS, and related software platforms • Ability to lead integration discussions • Fluency in coverage models, forecast discipline, deal strategy, and technical resource allocation • Experience with state and local government procurement, cooperative contracts, grant-funded programs, and public sector buying cycles • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided • FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days is strongly encouraged for all employees and required for certain positions
