Descrição

• Manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and business partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Support merchant onboarding and account activation processes. • Coordinate with compliance, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues. • Maintain regular communication with clients and partners. • Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Support business development initiatives and partnership expansion efforts. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requisitos

• Fluent Russian and English (mandatory). • Experience in Payments, PSP, iGaming, Fintech, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. • Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones. • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Experience working with PSPs, payment gateways, merchants acquiring businesses, iGaming operators, affiliate networks, or related industries is highly preferred.
