Descrição

• Own end-to-end Delivery across 1 Development team, growing to 2, within the Sportsbook stream • Directly manage 1 Project Manager and 1 Scrum Master and functionally lead 1–2 development teams • Drive delivery predictability and coordinate with Product on priorities and Engineering on feasibility, capacity, and timelines • Establish effective working relationships between delivery and engineering • Identify and fix process breakdowns, communication gaps, and recurring blockers • Surface misalignments early between engineering output and product expectations • Own cross-team dependency tracking and coordinate release readiness across teams • Own the release calendar and ensure smooth handoffs to production • Partner with engineering on technical debt visibility and own bug management flow • Manage delivery impact during incidents and hotfixes • Track defect visibility across teams • Track sprint progress, cross-team dependencies, and release readiness daily • Escalate blockers within 24 hours • Maintain Jira hygiene and delivery reporting for stakeholders • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive retrospective actions to closure

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years as a Delivery Manager or Technical PM in a product-focused tech company • Proven experience directly managing or mentoring delivery people, including PMs and Scrum Masters • Experience functionally leading development teams • Comfortable discussing capacity, blockers, and technical constraints with engineers • Hands-on experience with bug management and defect triage workflows • Strong escalation instincts • Confidence working in Jira and with delivery metrics • Proactive and ownership-driven • Fluent in English and Russian • Experience setting up or significantly improving delivery processes is nice to have
