• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text • Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services • Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits • Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings • Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed • Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce • Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets) • Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience for new members • Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to help improve sales processes and marketing materials • Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all member-facing interactions
• Bachelor’s degree required • 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles. Quota carrying experience preferred. • Experience responding to inbound leads, working toward goals, or supporting a sales process is preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided) • Comfort working flexible hours as needed to support prospective members, including availability on some weekends, evenings, and holidays • PST working hours preferred.
