Descrição

• Support the sales strategy for loan agency and the implementation within their respective territory or business vertical. • Assist in setting sales goals and budgets for the Loan Agency BD team. • Support the creation of a team environment within the BD team, as well as the relationship management team for the Loan Agency Product. • Responsibility of cross-selling other SRSA products when out in the marketplace. • Develop deep relationships with new clients, partners, and influencers while deepening current relationships. • Optimize pricing to maximize revenue in line with business and profitability objectives. • Work with Marketing to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback and insight to the Regional Managing Director, the Loan Agency, and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). • This role will require significant travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and to develop key relationships.

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of related sales experience, preferably within professional services or the financial services industry. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. • Excellent general management, analysis, and negotiation. • Track record of driving cross-customer relationships. • High energy and passion for the job. • Strong focus on delivery of a customer experience that consistently exceeds the customer’s expectations.
