Descrição

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters • Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and goals • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and recommend improvements to meet sales targets • Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Prepare detailed reports on account status • Partner with the Business Development to explore and develop new opportunities within the territory • Address complex client requests and manage issue escalations as needed • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, reviewing subordinate work and ensuring quality client deliverables

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree in addition to the 15+ years of experience is a plus) • 15+ years of job-related experience • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-suite leaders • High attention to detail • Commitment to continuous improvement • Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and facility operations • Experience with and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), such as SAP a plus • Experience working in various distribution and/or manufacturing sectors, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different operational models, processes, and supply chain structures • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • Working knowledge of database tools or visualization software such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
