Descrição

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for pricing analytics initiatives • Partner with Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other stakeholders to understand needs and define requirements • Translate business needs into clear analytical or technical workstreams • Work with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Visualization teams to support pricing analytics solutions • Maintain roadmaps, milestones, priorities, and dependencies for projects or workstreams • Facilitate communication on objectives, scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables • Support project intake, requirements gathering, documentation, and follow-up • Analyze pricing, sales, market, and commercial data to identify actionable insights • Develop reports, dashboards, templates, and visualizations for pricing performance and business outcomes • Improve pricing analytics processes, reporting workflows, and data quality • Document business requirements, decisions, action items, and project updates • Support user adoption and stakeholder understanding of analytics outputs and reporting solutions • Identify improvements to cross-functional collaboration and analytics delivery

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field • 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, pricing analytics, commercial analytics, or a related field • Experience working across business and technical teams to gather requirements, clarify needs, and support solution delivery • Strong understanding of pricing, sales, margin, and commercial performance metrics • Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, or similar • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools used for data preparation, transformation, and analysis • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with ability to manage timelines, priorities, and follow-up • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business needs to technical teams • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within a structured project environment
