Descrição

• Own delivery of high-quality Product Master Data as a business-critical data product. • Lead day-to-day Product Master Data work, including collection, cleansing, enrichment, maintenance, aggregation, validation, and issue resolution. • Meet operational deadlines and service level agreements. • Set team priorities in support of the Product Master Data Roadmap. • Allocate work, monitor workload and delivery risks, and coach team members. • Serve as subject matter expert for complex data issues, root-cause analysis, solutions, standards, business rules, and procedures. • Devise data-preparation solutions from limited information and adapt approaches as issues arise. • Analyze and upgrade Data Delivery processes, norms, and approaches, including redesigning ways of working. • Report audience-specific updates to leadership and project teams. • Partner with business stakeholders and IT to resolve data, process, and system issues and recommend enhancements. • Lead small to mid-sized projects and maintain documentation and workflow guidance. • Use Generative AI, data modeling, SQL, Python, Alteryx, and other transformation or automation tools to perform ETL of datasets with 100k+ rows into Snowflake, Salsify, or other target systems. • Build team capabilities in data democratization and answer ad hoc product-data questions. • Partner with the Enterprise Data team to support analytics, AI, and system integrations. • Drive and support annual realignment of product hierarchies for business reporting.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, Marketing, or a similar field. • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, IT, business systems development, product management, or related field. • Growth mindset, openness to feedback, excellent coaching skills, and desire to supervise and develop a team. • Ability to identify problems, break them down into deliverable tasks, and coach team members through delivery. • Excellent business acumen and customer focus. • Strong root-cause identification and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to translate business questions into data transformations and outputs. • Process-improvement mindset and ability to leverage AI tools. • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to employees and stakeholders. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, JSON, Snowflake, Salsify or other PIM systems, automation tools, and Generative AI. • Experience extracting, cleaning, transforming, validating, and automating analysis of large complex datasets with 100k+ rows and multiple source systems. • Experience improving accuracy and completeness through reusable workflows. • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc).
