Descrição

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

🎯 Requisitos

• Position open to U.S. Residents only • Property & Casualty, Life and Health required. • State Farm experience preferred. • Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking! • Must have access to fast and reliable internet service. • Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone. • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening • Self-motivated • Ability to multi-task • Ability to effectively relate to a customer • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environment • Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members • This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
