Descrição

• Own the internal technology estate end to end and lead the team that runs it • Report directly to the Chief Information Officer • Set internal technology strategy and build and develop the execution team • Build and run a multi-year internal technology roadmap with governance, standards, and architecture review • Tie technology investments to business outcomes and define success measures • Design the internal IT function, build headcount business cases, hire, and develop the team • Define internal versus partner/MSP delivery and hold partners to service levels • Own the internal IT budget, forecast, software licenses, SaaS rationalization, renewals, negotiations, and contract terms • Establish and mature IT service management across intake, incident, problem, request, and change • Build the service catalog, service levels, ownership, on-call, and escalation models • Publish operational metrics and reduce employee friction • Own onboarding and offboarding technology experiences with HR • Own enterprise identity, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SSO, conditional access, and access reviews • Own endpoint management, configuration baselines, patching, and device lifecycle • Manage Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange governance • Own internal network architecture, remote access, and secure connectivity • Manage internal cloud and hosting, backup, recovery, and business continuity • Own internal AI use-case development, rollout, training, and adoption measurement • Partner with the AI practice so internal use informs client-facing delivery • Build AI unit-cost models, forecast consumption, negotiate commitments and reserved capacity, and measure productivity gains • Partner with security leadership and own the IT execution portion of the security program • Support SOC 2 and ISO audit readiness, evidence collection, and control operation • Own vulnerability management and remediation • Define and enforce device posture and access requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of information technology experience, including years leading teams or owning a technology function • Proven experience building and scaling internal IT in a distributed or remote-first company through a period of fast growth • Experience presenting technology strategy, investment recommendations, risks, and operating metrics to executive leadership • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, endpoint management (Intune or equivalent), and SaaS administration at scale • Demonstrated ownership of internal AI adoption and governance, including policy, data handling, and change management • Strong security fluency and ability to partner credibly with a CISO and translate risk into business terms for executive stakeholders • Experience operating in a solutions provider, MSP, or consulting environment strongly preferred • Experience supporting audit, SOC 2, or other regulated compliance requirements • Vendor, MSP, and contract negotiation experience with budget ownership • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to technical and executive audiences, in writing and in person • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, CISSP/CISM, PMP, or equivalent are valued but not required • Eligible to work in the United States, as employment eligibility is confirmed through E-Verify
