Descrição

• Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and mature contractor risk management programs aligned with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and organizational objectives • Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate contractor safety performance and identify opportunities to mitigate hazards • Benchmark and trend contractor performance metrics, providing actionable insights by comparing client data with industry peers • Recommend leading-edge solutions for improving HSE in contractor management • Analyze data to uncover trends and provide evidence-based recommendations to enhance safety outcomes and mitigate risk • Guide clients in integrating risk management practices into contractor onboarding, training, and evaluation processes • Develop tailored action plans addressing contractor compliance, safety performance, and risk management gaps • Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and written resources for contractor management practices • Research and establish HSE protocols incorporating risk management principles • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and workshops • Stay informed about risk management developments, OSHA legislation, and industry trends • Report to the HSE Manager

🎯 Requisitos

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the HSE field, with demonstrated expertise in contractor risk management, compliance, and safety auditing • Recognized safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHST, SMS or equivalent are highly preferred • Strong understanding of OSHA legislation, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices • Proven ability to analyze and benchmark contractor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for clients • Proficiency in English is required • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not required • Experience in public speaking, delivering presentations, and developing high-quality written resources • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects forward • Familiarity with emerging safety trends, such as AI-driven risk management tools, is an asset • Prior experience with Veriforce products (CPro, VeriSource, Training Suite) is a plus but not required • Ability to travel up to 30%–40% within the US • Successful completion of a background check
