• Guide customers through onboarding processes for products • Provide timely support to users with varying technical backgrounds • Operate as a technical advocate for customers • Collaborate with various teams to support customer experiences • Use support tooling to track requests and document resolutions • Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation • Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues
