• You are responsible for the **quality and continuous development of your sales pipeline** – from opportunity to successful close. • You develop deep **expertise in inbound and outbound logistics** across industries and understand how these align with the strategic goals of our target customers – including confident use of the **TradeLink platform**. • You act as a **trusted sparring partner** for our prospective customers and represent TradeLink externally by building genuine, sustainable relationships and helping them achieve their goals. • You work closely with the **GTM team and the Head of Sales** to continuously evolve our sales approach based on market insights. • You represent **TradeLink at selected events** such as trade shows, customer events and webinars. • You build close relationships with **Product, Marketing and Customer Success** to share learnings and secure the best possible support for your deals.
• You bring **several years of experience as a seller** in B2B sales, business development or comparable commercial roles and are accustomed to actively driving and closing complex deals. • You are naturally **curious about your prospects’ business models** and think quickly to build compelling cases and establish trust. • You have experience **steering complex decision-making processes within organizations** and working with **multiple stakeholders** simultaneously. • You have a strong **drive to succeed**, demonstrated by persistence, resilience and proactivity – which helps you win even in competitive processes. • You are **fluent in German and English**. • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
