• Support the Manager in overseeing daily field sales operations across assigned venues and events • Serve as a professional brand ambassador and sales leader for Travel and Leisure Vacations • Actively engage in face-to-face package sales, guest interaction, and vacation package promotion • Provide on-the-spot coaching, guidance, and feedback to Vacation Sales Agents • Assist with onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance development of new and existing agents • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements • Monitor individual and team performance against established production goals • Assist with workforce scheduling, break coverage, and event staffing logistics • Support setup, teardown, and overall presentation of sales booths and displays • Escalate guest concerns, operational issues, and compliance risks as needed • Responsible for travel arrangements for self and team members
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • 2 years marketing/sales experience, primarily in vacation ownership industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports • Provide exceptional customer service • Ability to efficiently multi-task • Ability to negotiate effectively • Ability to TO/Close for VSAs • Ability to recruit, train and develop employees • Ability to lead by example • Detail oriented and accurate • Demonstrated problem solving ability • Maintain up to date knowledge on all company systems such as Mainframe, Journey, Workday
