Descrição

• Complete advanced end-to-end software engineering tasks across system design, development, analysis, configuration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, health monitoring/alerting, and implementation • Consult with users to determine hardware, software, and system functional specifications • Manage effective use of resources and act as a subject matter expert across multiple applications, systems, and technologies • Leverage technical and business knowledge to plan and execute complex initiatives • Participate in design and development processes and provide technical leadership • Perform complex analysis, advanced design, configuration, and development for impactful, high-visibility tasks • Direct and implement solutions to moderately complex, loosely scoped problems aligned with team goals • Deliver efforts independently and by leading other team members • Lead investigation and resolution of critical, high-impact problems, defects, and incidents • Advocate for technology and identify opportunities to improve the business • Provide technical guidance and mentorship while fostering a team environment • Apply industry trends and techniques to formulate solutions • Design and engineer solutions using large language models and agentic frameworks • Build and publish plugins, extensions, and integrations within developer tooling ecosystems • Champion AI adoption across engineering teams, identify use cases, and coach engineers on AI-assisted development • Build and deploy agentic solutions on AWS Agent Core or equivalent platforms • Coordinate enterprise AI initiatives, stakeholders, governance, compliance, and engineering standards • Determine software design strategies and methodologies, use automated tests and feedback loops, and monitor system health • Develop business partnerships, influence priorities, and share domain knowledge • Use data and proofs of concept to solve difficult problems, measure impact, and optimize solutions • Communicate technology concepts clearly, document initiatives, collaborate across roles, and exchange feedback • Take action without clear ownership and inspire and motivate team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Five years of programming/development experience • Hands-on professional software engineering experience building or integrating solutions using large language model APIs or agentic frameworks • Experience contributing to or leading plugins, extensions, or integrations within a shared developer tooling platform • Hands-on experience designing and engineering LLM and agentic framework solutions • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, SAGE, or AIDLC • Experience building and publishing plugins, extensions, or integrations within a developer tool ecosystem • Ability to define contribution standards and drive adoption across engineering teams • Proven ability to champion AI adoption across multiple engineering teams and coach engineers on AI-assisted development practices • Experience building and deploying agentic solutions on AWS Agent Core or equivalent cloud-native AI orchestration platforms • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server development, configuration, and integration • Ability to coordinate AI initiatives across a large enterprise, including governance, compliance, and distributed engineering standards • Advanced delivery skills, including software design strategy, automated testing, analysis, feedback loops, production readiness, and health monitoring • Demonstrated domain expertise and ability to develop business partnerships and influence priorities • Strong problem-solving skills using data and proofs of concept • Strong communication skills, including technical documentation, collaboration, and constructive feedback • Advanced leadership skills, including influencing, motivating, and acting without clear ownership • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience • Six additional years of software engineering experience
