Descrição

• Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers and deliver cost management services for a large-scale construction project • Ensure service excellence in terms of service delivery and client engagement • Lead communications with the client • Conduct research related to construction market conditions • Produce thought leadership reports providing insights to the construction market • Manage operational aspects of Cost Management Services • Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect, and inclusivity • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits • Undertake internal BMS audits • Develop a detailed understanding of the market and create a pipeline of opportunity

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction • 12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience • 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment • Prior people management experience • Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients • Exceptional Business development acumen and ambition to drive business growth • Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc • Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
