Descrição

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g. Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc). • Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth. • Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations. • Support structured testing across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies. • Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives. • Partner with Creative to provide data-informed feedback on messaging, formats, and content iterations. • Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation, product catalog hygiene, CAPI integrations, and event configuration. • Maintain clean account structure and campaign documentation. • Monitor and report on key metrics including CAC, CVR, engagement rates, and spend pacing. • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for both media and regional stakeholders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. • Collaborate with paid social lead, paid media generalists, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategy.

🎯 Requisitos

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required; Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat preferred). • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization. • Experience running performance-focused paid social ads for omnichannel consumer brands. • Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
