Descrição

• Visit and communicate with BHHC’s wholesale agency partners nationally • Monitor and foster agency relationships while growing a book of business • Arrange virtual visits and in-person travel to call on wholesale agents nationally • Act as decision maker within the territory regarding agency appointments, commitment levels, terminations, and other disciplinary actions • Identify opportunities for new business with agency partners to review in-force business • Develop the marketing strategy for assigned agents • In-person travel approximately 25% of the time

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent • 3-5 years related work experience • Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products • Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance • Ability to establish and foster relationships with larger insurance agencies • Experience working with Wholesale Property Brokers and/or knowledge of Surplus Lines Insurance
