Descrição

• Deliver engaging, consultative virtual sales presentations to current owners • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored vacation ownership solutions • Present product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage the sales pipeline to improve close rates • Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales • Previous experience with RCI or Vacation Village preferred • Strong virtual presentation, communication, and closing skills • Goal-oriented mindset with ability to thrive independently in a remote setting • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual sales tools • Resilience, persistence, and confidence handling objections and rejection
