Descrição

• Build partnerships with key clients and align organizational capabilities with client goals to drive strategic value • Work with Client Success Managers on long-term partnership success, innovation, account strategies, and success plans • Manage internal communications, prepare reports, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support client satisfaction, retention, and growth • Participate in strategic planning and provide insights based on industry trends, regulatory changes, and client feedback • Coordinate with Client Support Services, Quality, and Operations to resolve escalated client issues • Prepare for, conduct, or attend study kick-off calls and regular client meetings • Anticipate, assess, and resolve service issues to ensure client satisfaction • Research and provide client feedback on billing/budgeting, communications, and operational processes • Track study and site submissions and obtain information from internal departments • Project-manage the identification, documentation, and implementation of internal process rules (PACS) • Keep institutional clients informed about unanticipated problems or non-compliance before and after Board action • Assist with or conduct client training on submission processes and electronic portal usage • Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success Managers on operations process-flow instruction and outcome documentation • Assist with internal and external reports, audits, and accreditation data • Audit study information to maintain current client contact details and trigger required notifications • Participate in IRB Integration demonstrations, IRBNet support training, CAPAs, continuous improvement, and special projects

🎯 Requisitos

• 3-5 years of experience in sales support, strategic consulting, client strategy, or partnership development, ideally in healthcare or clinical research • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders • Ability to synthesize complex information and drive strategic alignment • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and Adobe • Professional oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage high volumes, rigid deadlines, and frequent changes • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively • Strong analytical skills and high attention to accuracy in a highly regulated industry • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Knowledge of FDA Code of Federal Regulations and ICH Guidelines • Knowledge of FDA regulations related to research preferred • Advanced knowledge of WCG IRB Operations workflow and submission process preferred • Current CIP or other clinical research-related certification preferred • Travel requirement of 5%-10% • Attendance and punctuality are essential
