Descrição

• Monitor segment-specific market trends, customer buying patterns and competitors to feed product marketing plan and support capture teams. • Assess and analyze the market for product offering. • Implement business cases in consideration of Product Strategy to grow WEC market share by delivering customer value in the segment. • Close the loop on Business Cases with Product Management to validate actuals. • Articulate and implement Value Selling Proposition. • Inform product roadmaps: by providing voice of the Customer regarding timing and pricing, participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) gate reviews, ensure time to market supports industry feedback. • Responsible for market aspects of new product development.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline required • Minimum 10 years of strong and proven technical leadership progression in the nuclear industry required • Gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make decisions.
