Descrição

• Drive growth by developing new client relationships, particularly with large corporations and international mid-market companies • Identify opportunities in new customer acquisition to establish long-term, trust-based client relationships • Take end-to-end responsibility from the initial customer contact through needs analysis and consulting to proposal preparation and contract award • Demonstrate persuasive presence at trade shows, events, on social media, and in face-to-face meetings • Contribute to projects that optimize offerings and internal sales processes • Maintain leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system

• Strong motivation to expand Xtentio, our clients, and the sales function • Confident sales mentality and a curious mindset • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships • Extensive professional network enabling quick wins • Passion for personal, face-to-face contact • Ambitious and success-driven • Structured, punctual, and deadline-oriented working style • Proactive and open communication style; fluent in German and English • Experience in technical or digital sales, complex solutions, or consulting services is a plus
