Descrição

• Unify Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams under a single monetization vision • Set the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for monetization products and platforms • Lead and develop product managers • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and revenue teams on delivery, resourcing, and alignment • Prioritize product investments across competing roadmaps using clear business cases • Drive improvements to sponsored results, ad delivery and reporting, creative optimization, and ad load and placement strategy • Own Ads auction and bidding teams • Improve performance and engagement on business pages • Enhance the interaction between ads and organic results on the SERP • Build partnerships with Search Quality, Yelp Assistant, and Ads/ML teams • Shape Yelp's monetization strategy while balancing revenue, advertiser value, consumer experience, and user trust

🎯 Requisitos

• Ability to navigate executive stakeholders with strong, sometimes competing opinions and drive cohesive forward movement • Thoughtful, strategic product leadership • Ability to plan 12–24 months out • Experience mentoring and developing product managers • Proven track record building and launching innovative ad products or monetization features at scale • Experience with auction-based systems, including building systems rather than only operating existing ones • Deep, hands-on experience with advertising products • Understanding of auction mechanics and their effect on consumer experience • Understanding of advertiser controls and unintended consequences • Experience balancing short-term revenue optimization with long-term user trust • Experience with revenue-generating products backed by clear business metrics • Active collaboration with finance and revenue partners • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market • Effective communication at the executive level • Familiarity with consumer marketplaces or local discovery and interaction between search UX, ads, and organic results strongly preferred
