Descrição

• Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth targets. • Develop and execute the sales strategy for acquiring and retaining large-scale enterprise clients in the payments sector. • Drive the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing. • Set ambitious sales goals and deliver results. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, understanding their payment needs and challenges. • Stay on top of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies within the payments and fintech space. • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on product development, competitive positioning, and market entry strategies. • Work closely with other departments, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure that client needs are met and the company's offerings align with market demand. • Partner with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and messaging. • Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts and ensure alignment with company goals and profitability standards. • Successfully close large and complex deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction. • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales team performance and ensure alignment with broader company objectives. • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities. • Mentor and develop the sales team, providing ongoing training and support to drive individual and team success. • Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and customer-centric sales culture.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 10+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in the payments or fintech sector. • Proven track record of closing large deals and leading high-performing sales teams. • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets and achieve significant revenue growth. • Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence. • In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including payment processing, merchant services, card networks, alternative payment methods, and emerging trends in fintech. • Knowledge of crypto, including emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes is required. • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a high-pressure environment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level clients and stakeholders. • Data-driven approach to sales management, with the ability to use analytics and insights to optimize sales processes and decision-making. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
