• Manage and coordinate the billing process from start to finish • Review and verify accuracy of billing data and invoices • Prepare and send invoices to clients • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies • Maintain billing records and documentation • Generate financial reports related to billing activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth billing operations • Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing processes
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred • Proven experience as a Billing Coordinator or similar role • Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures • Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
