📋 Description

• Write compelling, persuasive, and compliant grant proposals aligned with funding requirements and criteria • Develop budgets, timelines, and other supporting documents for grant submissions • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support research, ideation, and drafting • Manage the grant application process, including coordinating with clients to gather necessary information • Track and report on the status of assigned grant applications to ensure deadlines are met • Provide post-submission follow-up, including responding to funders' inquiries as needed • Ensure all grant proposals are thoroughly documented and meet funders’ guidelines • Maintain accurate records of all assigned grant submissions • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the grant application process • Provide regular updates on application status and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (STEM, Business, English, or related) • 2+ years of grant writing experience (minimum); 5+ years preferred for senior-level applicants • Proven track record of securing grants (please list examples in your application) • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex scientific/technological concepts • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling narratives • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with or understanding of startups or scale-ups is a plus • Familiarity with grants in areas such as med tech, agriculture, AI, or software development is beneficial
