• Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels • Manage Internet marketing strategy and execute marketing plans to generate B2B leads • Plan and execute SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals • Prepare KPIs and reports for ROI and provide accurate reports on campaign performance • Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database and email/display campaigns • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results • Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies • Deliver marketing activity within given budget and handle high-volume workload, tight deadlines, and team collaboration

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of experience in design or usability engineering • Experience required in digital advertisements • Experience in email marketing automation • Experience with business process automation • Experience with SEO and Google Ads • Experience with Marketing Automation, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative research methods to attain customer insights • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously across global markets • Proven ability to identify and drive A/B test methodology and implementation • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot quickly, and problem-solve collaboratively • Not required but HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or SQL knowledge would be an advantage
