📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and chat • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed • Guide customers through product features and functionalities • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs • Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes • Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features • Identify and report trends in customer issues
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others • Technical aptitude and familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues • Experience with CRM software is a plus • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
