• 10Beauty, located in Burlington, MA, is building THE Intelligent Beauty company. We are about to launch our first product; a robotically automated 5-step manicure machine! Our diverse 45-person and growing team is built around individuals with a consistently demonstrated track record of introducing successful new-to-the-world products. Come join the company who will put 'beauty robotics' on the map! • Introduction: • This is a 3-4 month contract position in Braintree, MA with potential to go longer • 10Beauty is seeking a Brand Ambassador, who is either a licensed nail tech or a nail tech in training, for our official launch at Ulta Beauty in Braintree, MA. This person will be the face of our brand, stationed directly at our in-store machines to educate, assist, and inspire customers as they experience their first fully robotic manicure. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of beauty tech, connect with consumers, and drive excitement for 10Beauty. • What You'll Do: Be the Expert; Manicures; Engage and Educate; Live Demonstrations; Troubleshoot and Support; Drive Awareness & Sales; Represent the Brand; Gather Feedback; Maintain Presence • What you have: At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, brand ambassador roles, or a similar client-facing position; Nail expertise; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to learn new products quickly and explain them clearly; Reliability and professionalism; Flexibility • This role will include a paid training period • We are an equal opportunity employer... 🎯 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, brand ambassador roles, or a similar client-facing position • Nail expertise: Experience working with nails. Will consider a licensed nail tech or a nail tech in training • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: You're approachable, articulate, and love engaging with people • Demonstrated ability to learn new products quickly and explain them clearly • Reliability and professionalism: Punctual, dependable, and always ready to represent 10Beauty positively • Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
