📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and blueprinting for new customer activations • Map customer business systems to the 1mind AI framework • Design and implement data flows between 1mind agents and client technology stacks, including CRMs, MAPs, APIs, and proprietary databases • Configure visualizations, logic gates, and response triggers for AI Superhumans • Guide customer stakeholders through the activation journey and translate technical hurdles into actionable outcomes • Test agent behaviors before and after deployment to ensure performance and reliability • Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for features and platform enhancements based on customer activation challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within a SaaS environment, such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager • Proven experience integrating systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware • Experience mapping complex business processes using LucidChart, Miro, or Visio • Experience managing high-stakes projects for enterprise-level stakeholders during onboarding or activation • Ability to architect systems and troubleshoot broken logic • Ability to adapt communication from deeply technical discussions with developers to value-driven discussions with executive stakeholders • Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, or NLP concepts is preferred • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL is preferred • Experience in Customer Experience or Digital Transformation sectors is preferred • Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or Monday.com is preferred
