📋 Description

• AI & ML Developer at 20four7VA building NLP/chatbot automation for support • Design NLP models, build intelligent chatbots, optimize ticketing, and integrate with CRMs/ITSM • Ensure security, compliance, and ethics, and continuously improve AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in NLP, chatbot development, and intelligent automation • Experience with large-scale chatbot deployments • Exposure to enterprise CRM/ITSM integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk) • Strong Python programming with Django/Flask • Experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch • Frontend/Integration: React, REST APIs, Webhooks • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL • Experience with NLP/Conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, etc.) • AI-powered chat-based support systems • Automated ticketing workflows using ML
