📋 Description

• Make outbound calls using provided contact lists. • Introduce the company’s products and services to potential clients. • Offer to schedule meetings or demos with the team. • Record and summarize feedback from each call. • Update call logs and maintain records of interactions and outcomes. • Report daily or weekly progress to the supervisor. • Participate in short team check-ins or feedback sessions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or client outreach preferred. • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (required). • Professional phone demeanor with the ability to engage decision-makers. • Ability to follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations. • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls. • Familiarity with virtual phone systems (training provided). • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track feedback accurately.
