📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients nationwide. • Follow established call scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations. • Introduce retirement planning review opportunities and explain the value proposition. • Qualify prospects based on client-provided criteria. • Schedule appointments directly into the client's calendar system. • Accurately record call outcomes and dispositions within the dialing platform. • Handle objections professionally and confidently. • Maintain detailed notes and follow-up information as needed. • Meet daily and weekly call activity goals. • Provide regular updates regarding appointment-setting performance and lead quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales. • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. • Ability to think quickly and respond confidently during live conversations. • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism. • Excellent English speaking skills with a native or near-native accent. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or related industries. • Experience conducting B2C (Business-to-Consumer) outreach campaigns. • Familiarity with appointment-setting KPIs and outbound sales metrics. • Experience using power dialers and CRM systems.
