⢠Create and repurpose content across Substack, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. ⢠Design clean, modern, and on-brand creative assets using Canva or similar tools. ⢠Maintain a consistent visual identity using an established brand kit. ⢠Support content workflows inside ClickUp or similar project management systems. ⢠Track basic KPIs related to engagement, quality, and timeliness. ⢠Collaborate with a global team while working partially aligned with EST hours. ⢠Learn and navigate a cloud-based Sanity CMS (training provided). ⢠Communicate clearly with both internal teams and the backend content system.

⢠Proven experience in social media content creation and multi-platform repurposing. ⢠Strong design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic. ⢠Familiarity with ClickUp or similar productivity and project management tools. ⢠Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new cloud-based systems. ⢠Strong verbal and written English communication skills. ⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled digital environment. ⢠KPI-aware mindset with attention to quality, consistency, and deadlines.
