⢠Strategic and operational responsibility for international sales of used vehicles in wholesale and portfolio/package sales ⢠Build, maintain and scale international dealer networks â focusing on high-volume buyers, remarketing partners and trading platforms ⢠Manage and optimize package-sales processes (pricing, offer structure, go-to-market strategy, execution) ⢠Work closely with international sellers, fleet operators and OEMs to design sales programs and grow market share ⢠Develop and implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies ⢠Establish a small international sales team (medium-term) and provide professional coaching to new colleagues ⢠Monitor & report KPIs (volume, margin, turnaround times, country performance) to management and stakeholders
⢠University degree or commercial training with a focus on Automotive, Trade, Business or Logistics ⢠At least 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing or wholesale trading ⢠Proven success in package or bulk trading of used vehicles ⢠Deep understanding of the European used-car market and its pricing structures ⢠Experience building and managing international dealer networks ⢠Confident use of CRM systems and data analysis tools ⢠Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach ⢠Strong communication, negotiation skills and intercultural competence ⢠Excellent German and English skills; additional European languages are a plus ⢠Existing contacts with international dealers, importers or platforms are a clear advantage
