• Support our largest clients in developing and executing their digital learning strategy using the 360Learning platform • Build strong relationships with HR executives (CHRO, Chief Learning Officer & Digital Learning Manager) • Drive usage, adoption, and measurable impact of our solution • Serve as a trusted facilitator to secure client renewals • Coordinate 360Learning resources across technical, pedagogical, and other teams • Empower clients with the Enterprise positioning and strategic vision of our solution • Manage renewals and negotiate new contracts for accounts in your portfolio
• 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager, HR/Learning/Change Management consultant, or Digital Learning Manager • Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact projects for Enterprise accounts (more than 2,000 employees) • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus • Strong interest in digital technologies, education, and e-learning • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Native French and strong English proficiency (minimum B2)
