📋 Description

• Build a world-class GTM engine rooted in data-driven segmentation, buyer insights, and differentiated messaging. • Turn launches into growth drivers that excite the market and strengthen our competitive edge. • Embed AI as a co-pilot in PMM, creating scalable, AI-native workflows that amplify strategic impact. • Coach and grow a high-performing PMM team while fostering collaboration and excellence. • Partner with functional leaders to ensure PMM directly drives revenue outcomes. • Represent the voice of the customer across analyst relations, advisory boards, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (enterprise focus preferred; HR/L&D a plus). • 3+ years of people management with a record of coaching and career development. • Mastery of core PMM functions—segmentation, positioning, launches, enablement, competitive intel—and drive to modernize them with AI. • Proven ability to connect PMM strategy to business outcomes (pipeline, adoption, revenue). • Track record of leading successful launches with measurable impact. • Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills. • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Pendo, Amplitude, Seismic, and Marketo. • Curiosity and conviction around applying AI in marketing. • Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity_360L
