šŸ“‹ Description

• Scoping custom technical and consulting projects • Building custom solutions • Coordinating with the Technical Services team and delivering on projects for clients • Understanding client needs and translating them into technical solutions • Onboarding new customers across departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success) • Managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle • Defining 360Learning platform architecture for clients • Facilitating integrations (flat files, APIs) • Designing tools to support the team and customers

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst) • Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations • Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies • Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering on projects • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders. • Organized, structured, rational, analytical, able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations, • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do • Enthusiasm for our culture explained here • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
