• Proactively manage and execute a pipeline of high-impact SEO initiatives derived from the overall growth roadmap. Ensure timely, effective deployment and alignment with broader marketing objectives. • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (e.g., crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema). Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize and implement technical fixes, focusing on Core Web Vitals, site architecture, JavaScript rendering (CSR/SSR), and log file analysis. • Oversee the tactical implementation of our keyword strategy across all web properties. Collaborate closely with content and product marketing teams to ensure all new and existing assets are optimized for target queries, user intent, and semantic relevance. • Systematically optimize all on-page elements (metadata, headers, content structure, and internal linking) to improve ranking potential. Analyze the organic user journey and collaborate with the CRO/UX team to design and implement SEO-driven A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates from organic traffic. • Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Prepare detailed performance reports that communicate results, identify performance gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives. • Execute targeted off-page SEO and link-building campaigns in alignment with strategic goals. Manage the outreach and quality assurance process to acquire high-authority, relevant backlinks and enhance domain authority. • Monitor the competitive landscape and SERP environment to analyze competitor strategies and identify new opportunities or threats. Implement necessary adjustments in response to Google algorithm updates to mitigate risk and capitalize on new ranking opportunities.
• 5-7 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of executing strategies that led to significant, sustainable organic traffic and revenue growth. • Demonstrated experience managing SEO for enterprise-level websites (e.g., 500k+ monthly organic visits or large-scale e-commerce/SaaS platforms). Must be able to provide examples of securing top-tier (Top 3) rankings for high-competition, high-value keywords. • Expert proficiency with the modern SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and advanced crawlers (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb). • Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO principles and implementation (e.g., Schema.org, Hreflang, canonicalization, redirect management, and debugging rendering issues). • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to engineering teams and present performance data and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
