📋 Description
• Perform month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries in the general ledger. • Create and maintain balance sheet reconciliation files. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. • Oversee fixed asset accounting and prepaid expense schedules. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and financial reporting requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. • 4–5 years in a corporate accounting role. • Strong knowledge of AR/AP, month-end closing, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses. • Proficiency in creating and posting journal entries and preparing reconciliations. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting. • Preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
