📋 Description

• Best-Practices Guidance: Advise the client on ITAM best practices, ensuring adherence to OOTB (out-of-the-box) functionality and avoiding unnecessary customizations. • Process Workshops with BPC: Facilitate discovery sessions with areas such as IT Operations, Procurement and Finance to map the current state and define the future operating model. • Maturity Assessment: Diagnose HAM maturity and design evolution plans to progress toward full hardware lifecycle automation. • End-to-End Implementation: Support and guide the team in configuring and implementing HAM Professional, including Model Normalization, Asset Flows and inventory audits via Mobile. • Integrations: Plan and oversee integrations with SCCM, Intune and other discovery sources, ensuring the creation of a Trusted Source of data. • Normalization: Configure and optimize the Content Service to ensure standardized, high-quality data at go-live. • Flow Designer: Build logic and automations for critical lifecycle events (Onboarding, Transfers, RMA, Disposal/ITAD). • Produce As-Built documentation and technical specifications. • Support and lead the UAT process. • Deliver training for Asset Managers and Inventory Analysts to ensure operational autonomy after project handover.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Professional Services with a focus on ServiceNow ITAM. • Mandatory Certifications: CIS-HAM – Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management • CSA – Certified System Administrator • Process Knowledge: Strong expertise in IAITAM practices, with the ability to justify decisions from a governance and value-creation perspective. • CMDB Proficiency: Deep knowledge of CSDM and the relationship between Assets and Configuration Items (CIs).
