📋 Description

• Own the FP&A function and report to the Senior Director, Finance • Manage and develop one financial analyst • Own the financial model end-to-end in Drivetrain • Maintain the model as headcount, tools, and driver performance change • Explain and defend financial model assumptions • Analyze monthly performance and explain key movements and variances • Prepare clear monthly narratives for leadership and the Board • Lead annual budgeting and ongoing operating expense reforecasting • Own the accuracy and integrity of ARR reporting in Finqore • Partner with GTM Operations and business leaders on revenue performance and key drivers • Coach and develop the team • Use AI to automate workflows, perform consistency checks, and accelerate commentary, analysis, and slide creation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A • At least 2 years in leadership • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment • End-to-end ownership of a financial model • Ability to explain financial model drivers and impacts • Track record of coaching analysts • Strong modeling and forecasting expertise • Ability to document assumptions clearly • Ability to communicate monthly business performance to finance and non-finance audiences • Ability to handle Board-level questions • Comfort setting direction independently • Judgment to act with incomplete information • Active use of AI in work and ability to explain its impact on processes • CPA designation preferred • Experience with NetSuite or Drivetrain preferred • Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations preferred
