📋 Description
• Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation caseload. • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. • Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and bills. • Handle property damage claims and support case progression. • Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare files for demand readiness.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish. • Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience handling motor vehicle accident cases. • Experience coordinating medical treatment, insurance communications, property damage claims, and case progression. • Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm and managing a high-volume caseload.
