📋 Description

• Making immediate contributions to projects • Working pragmatically to deliver high-quality work within deadlines • Leading architecture and software design discussions • Collaborating on systems involving the ML lifecycle • Generating solutions to challenges • Leading feedback conversations with teams and clients • Documenting outcomes and driving action items • Contributing to team health and culture • Ensuring a prioritized and estimated backlog • Managing high-level project roadmaps • Maintaining relationships with client technical leaders • Regular client syncs and risk evaluation • Identifying and resolving blockers • Serving as a mentor or leading workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • Successfully led high-stakes consulting engagements • Built high-quality, maintainable software collaboratively • Written production-quality code using various languages and frameworks (Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, SQL) • Leveraged AI-assistive development tools • Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features • Used context-appropriate automated testing • Debugged and refactored pre-existing code • Collaborated with teams using Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD • Addressed architecture-level concerns (scalability, security, reliability, and performance) • Brought together people from different functions • Made thoughtful recommendations • Mentored and shared knowledge with colleagues • Communicated empathically with stakeholders • Collaboratively led stakeholders to balance technical considerations with product and user needs
