📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales managers and reseller partners to scope PS opportunities • Collect project requirements through remote interviews • Create and manage SOWs based on customer requirements • Implement customized solutions and services based on SOW utilizing 8x8 products • Design and prototype software development projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles • Knowledge in web application architecture and technologies • Experience in PS consulting, sales engineering, or technical project management for telecom/cloud services • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or comparable industry certifications • Programming experience with PHP, Python, or .NET • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization
