📋 Description
• Building relationships and providing strategic direction for company growth • Developing, coordinating and implementing sales plans • Executing profitable sales growth within Channel partner and Direct sales category • Creating demand through specification activity via Channel partner network • Collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and Product Management for business strategies • Supporting the Sales Network with necessary tools and resources • Driving product and sales differentiation with existing or improved product line • Working with all Channel partners to focus on chosen market segment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum 7-10 years of Sales experience in a technically oriented sales environment • Minimum 5 years Managing a Sales organization • Experience in a multi-channel sales strategy • Negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills • Technical sales background • Sales process skills including use of salesforce.com as a supporting technology • Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
