📋 Description

• Build and lead a security posture and hygiene program • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team • Leverage AI for continuous control monitoring • Integrate posture and hygiene telemetry • Identify misuse and translate findings into improvements • Develop a control framework aligned to CIS Controls • Partner with various engineering teams for secure configurations • Build metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting • Stay current on emerging risks in AI and cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience • Proven leadership in cybersecurity • Experience implementing an AI security program • Expert knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, systems administration, applications, and security technologies • Expert knowledge and application of cybersecurity terminology and concepts • Deep understanding of risk management principles • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
